This type of massage doesn't require you to remove any clothing and is a non oil based massage so no added headache of showering after.The massage can use many different techniques and methods to increase the energy , reduce stress ,reduce fatigue and muscle pains. The therapist will focus on the neck, shoulders arms and back area. These areas are most affected by long hours of work,stress and fatigue.

After you make a booking for our Stress Buster Massage which consists of a neck, shoulder, upper back and hand massage. Our Stress Buster (SB) has a duration of minimum 5 minutes with our therapists aiming to complete up to 8 Stress Buster Massages per hour. Please note that no special chair or seating is required for a Halo Massage™ from our therapists. Recipients can be sat in any type of chair that ideally has a low back. Alternatively, a stool or seat without a back at all.
